It is their decision to pick whoever coach they think is competent. It is their responsibility and they are accountable for it. They are certainly capable of handling the finances without any outside support. Since we do not interfere in technical issue related to the work of federations, it is natural that we cannot be a party is selecting a coach or paying for him. We only give moral support.
