Queiroz will not extend his contract with TeaM Melli.

Ali Kaffashian confirmed that Carlos Queiroz will leave Iran after the conclusion of the World Cup. In a TV interview  , the head of the football federation said that he offered Queiroz the first option to continue coaching team Melli after his contract expires after the World Cup , but the Portuguese coach declined to accept an extension to his contract citing age and offers from other teams that he is seriously considering.
