Hardani plays in both posts right-back and winger.
He started his football career with Niroo Ramhormoz team and then joined Foolad youth teams. After shining in the club youth teams, Hardani was promoted to the Foolad senior Team by coach Dragan Skocic. The good performance of this player resulted in an invitation to Team Melli which by this time is coached by his former club coach Skocic.
Hardani has the ability to play as a right-back and a right-winger, and once won the FA Cup with Foolad.
He made his debut as a substitute for Team Melli against Syria in the FIFA World Cup 2022 qualifiers.
In February 2022, Hardani transferred to Esteghlal Tehran.
