Persian: علی قلی‌زاده
Born in Namin, Ardabil province. He began his career with Saipa at youth levels. He was then promoted to first team by Engin Firat and made his debut for Saipa in last fixture of 2013.
Transferred to the Belgian side Charleroi in May 2018. He played for Iran at every level, making his debut for the senior national team in March 2018 under head coach Carlos Queiroz.
He made his debut for Team Melli on 17th March 2018 against Sierra Leone and scored two goals on his debut. In May 2018 he was named in Iran preliminary squad for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
At the beginning of season 2023/24 and after a loan spell with Turkish club Kasımpaşa, he transferred to the Polish league club Lech Poznan to become the first Iranian footballer to play in that league.
