One of the pioneers of Iranian football.
Goosheh was in the first official Team Melli squad that traveled to Afghanistan, to celebrate Independence Day, for a series of matches against Indian and Afghani teams. Only the match against the National Team of AFGHANISTAN was recognized as International hence it was the first official game for both countries.
Goosheh played the match in Kabul.
He dies in Tehran at the age of 91 years on 5th Feb. 2007
