Parviz Mazloomi was born on 16 September 1954 in Abadan, Iran.
He is the younger brother, of the legendary Team Melli player GholamHossein Mazloomi who was a
prolific goalscorer and played for Taj club and Team Melli.
Parviz started his professional career playing at TractorSazi in 1975 where he scored nine goals during Takhte Jamshid Cup. He left the club in 1978 to join Taj (Esteghlal) where he played until the end of his career in 1989. He scored 72 goals for Esteghlal during those years.
