In an early morning match (11:00 AM) and behind closed doors of the great Azadi Stadium, Team Melli lost it nearly 4 years home unbeaten record when it went down to  Iraq 1-0 . The only goal of the match was scored in the 72′  through a penalty kick by the Iraqi Saad Abdulameer.

NO spectators or news media were allowed to watch this top secretive match demanded by the incumbent Queiroz.

The only information of value is that non of the European based players were involved in the match.
